H.E. Minister Chea Vandeth presides over the opening ceremony of the Workshop on 7th Kibo Robot Programming Challenge (7th Kibo-RPC)
Phnom Penh: On the afternoon of 14 August 2026, H.E. Chea Vandeth, Minister of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications (MPTC), presided over the opening ceremony of the workshop on the “7th Kibo Robot Programming Challenge (7th Kibo-RPC)”. The event was attended by Dr. Masaki Shirakawa, Director of the Space Environment Utilization Center of the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA), and representatives of the Kibo-ABC Secretariat (via videoconference), as well as representatives of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport; leaders and officials of MPTC; lecturers and teachers; and students from various high schools and universities, with approximately 350 participants in total. The workshop was held at the Conference Hall of the MPTC.
